Thanks for being a customer of North Point Insurance Group. As your agent, we want to help you through your claims process to ensure that the experience is satisfactory. By filling out the form below you ARE NOT actually filling a claim with your carrier but letting us know that you think you might need to. We will reach out to you as quickly as we can once you have submitted the form to HELP you file your claim and take the proper next steps. Please be sure that if anything happens to your home you take immediate steps to stop any further damage. Also please understand that your insurance carrier DOES NOT fix your home but rather provides the funds to YOU to make repairs. It is your responsibility to pick out companies and contractors to do the mitigation and repairs on your home. We have recommended companies we work with and would be happy to point you in the right direction if need be.
